Kaval Group has been around since the year of 1999. It represent culinary story with many restaurants, cafes, pastry shop, pasta production, confectionery production and catering services in Ljubljana. Their Chefs Igor Jagodic from Archer Restaurant at Ljubljana Castle and Mojmir Šiftar from Restaurant Evergreen have recently received two prestigious Gault & Millau awards, Igor for the Chef of the Year and Mojmir for the Young Talent. Igor’s dishes represent the crossroads of the Alps, the Adriatic Sea and the Pannonia Plain, connecting the past with modern technologies and trying to reinvent traditional food in a new, fresh way.

Participants of Conventa will have a chance to taste the culinary offer of Kaval catering during the lunch on Thursday, 24 January. For more information about catering services suitable for congress events they will be available at their stand during two days of Conventa.
