PAYMENT CONDITIONS

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Conventa offer various packages for Exhibiting. Please check Conventa packages on our website.

WHAT DO MY EXHIBITION STAND INCLUDE?
All packages include equipped exhibition stand in dimensions provided for by the selected package. The number of company representatives present at the stand is determined by the selected package. Stand number and the name of exhibitor printed to the cardboard is included in the price of the stand rental as well as electricity for laptop, WiFi, daily cleaning. Exhibiton stand also includes morning and afternoon coffee break, lunch on both days of the show and social functions on 17 and 18 January 2017.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT CONDITIONS?
A deposit of 60 % of the total registration fee must be paid in 8 days after the application form is submitted. Pro-forma invoice will be sent by technical organiser: Toleranca marketing d.o.o. Remaining balance of the total registration fee must be paid by December 15, 2016.
